What areas do you serve?
I serve Worcester County. That includes: Worcester, Leominster, Fitchburg, Shrewsbury, Milford, Gardner, Southbridge, Westborough, Grafton, Holden, Auburn, Webster, Northbridge, Northborough and many more.
Where exactly can you meet me?
Mobile notaries are flexible. Common meeting spots include homes, offices, hospitals, coffee shops, or even airport terminals.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are usually between 7am to 8pm Monday through Sunday but there can sometimes be exceptions.
How long will the appointment take?
It all depends on the document type and customer. A single signature usually takes 10–15 minutes, but complex loan signings or estate planning packages (wills/trusts) can take 45–90 minutes.
What kind of ID do I need?
Generally, a non-expired, government-issued photo ID is required. This typically includes a driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
Can you provide witnesses?
Although I am in touch with a few people that can serve as a witness, there is no guarantee that they will be available. I always suggest that the customer try to provide their own witness first before asking the notary.
